First it went very high, then it got lower, and lower

Trying to hoist an 85kg barbell 5 feet up onto my shoulders.
then I caught the next lift attempt at 4 feet.
Then 3 feet.

And then 3 days later, the 95kg barbell tears out of my right hand, injuring my right wrist.
(Mutter a few choice expletives)
